This policy explains how SalesIntouch, a brand of Intequra Consulting and Advisory Services FZE (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information through this website. We process personal data in line with applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation.
Information we collect
- Strategy session requests: your name, job title, company, contact details, and the business information you provide about your sales organisation and goals.
- Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone and company, and your message.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, location, LinkedIn profile, CV and any covering note.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you submit a form, used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage data via Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for and hold your strategy session.
- To send a proposal or information you have asked for.
- To assess job applications and contact candidates.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used.
We rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Your information is accessible to the SalesIntouch and Intequra team members who need it. We use trusted service providers for website hosting and email, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We disclose information to authorities only where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and session requests are kept for up to three years after our last contact, unless we start working together. Job applications are kept for up to six months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.
Cookies
This site uses one essential cookie to keep forms secure. If analytics is enabled, we ask for your consent before setting Google Analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Write to intouch@intequra.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Submissions are stored in a protected database and CVs in a folder that cannot be accessed from the web. Access is limited to authorised staff.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
